01. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending Mobile Developers Week 2025 ("MDW", "the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Omnes Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), the event organizer.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register for or attend the Event.
02. Event Registration
- Registration is required for all attendees and must be completed through our official registration platform.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Registration is subject to availability and may be limited by venue capacity.
- We reserve the right to refuse registration to any individual at our sole discretion.
- Transfer of registration to another person requires prior written approval from the organizers.
03. Payment and Refunds
- Payment is due in full upon registration unless otherwise specified.
- All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes.
- Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event start date, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
- In case of event cancellation by the organizers, full refunds will be provided within 30 business days.
04. Code of Conduct
All attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct:
- Treat all participants, speakers, sponsors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations.
- Do not engage in disruptive behavior that interferes with the event or other attendees' experience.
05. Intellectual Property
- All event materials, presentations, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
- Photography and video recording may occur during the event for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant us the right to use such media.
- You may not record, reproduce, or distribute event content without explicit permission.
06. Liability and Disclaimers
- You attend the event at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your safety and belongings.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during the event.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information presented at the event.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for event registration.
07. Event Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)
- Venue unavailability
- Insufficient registration numbers
- Safety or security concerns
08. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
09. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
